Let it never be said that the Westport Library shies away from competition.
Its main business is still print books. But tomorrow (Saturday, Aug. 7, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.), the library hosts an “E-book Reader Rally.”
Bring your iPad, Kindle, Nook or Whatever whatever. Share “tips and tricks” with other e-readers.
You’ll learn a lot. As with any library offering, it’s sure to be interesting.
Still, the concept is weird. Can you imagine a special program to “share tips and tricks” on reading a printed book?
