Allen Raymond — town historian, Westport Y benefactor, and all-around good guy — turns 90 on Wednesday.
He’s been a proud Westporter since infancy. His parents were summer residents on Compo Cove. He’s lived there for years. He’s seen hurricanes come and go — Sandy was only the latest.
Allen is in great shape. Here’s wishing him many more years of health, happiness and history.
But no more hurricanes.
