Don’t give up on summer yet! The fist of September is creeping up on us, but that doesn’t mean time’s up to enjoy some summer staples – like fresh oysters.

The Milford Oyster Festival has come and gone, but we still have Norwalk’s to look forward to on September 11. In preparation, we want to know who serves up the best oysters in southwestern Connecticut.
