Finch is a nut. We don’t, nor can we, “require” existing parents to do this, but we somehow can and should with the birth parents of adopted children? Talk about an all intrusive nany state. Hey, Finch, you might want to try this idea in China or Russia where they’re sure to be accepted.

Citizen Finch, the former state senator who reluctantly gave up his General Assembly seat for the city he loves, was back in the Capitol this morning, in another attempt to force the state to open up birth certificates for adopted children when they turn 21.
