The really odd thing about this situation is that the person in charge at the time of the event was actually promoted and given a created position. The supervisor is not Statewide supervisor of transcript services
This is just great rip off the public or the state and pay a small fine. How long has this been going on, how far back did they look, are they still working in/for the courts ? Why?
