It would seem that with all the land available in Remington Woods that a deal(swap of land) could be worked out between thes two parties. The Woods could provide a facility away from view, security with sole use entry/exit, and away from homes.moreso than Virginia Ave.. There doesn’t seem to be much going on with the Woods anyhow..

The Judicial facility on Water Street was designed to have two wings, one for boys and one for girls with a common area of education and recreational facilities as well as treatment space. It wasn’t built out in full. Not sure why. However, that site needs to be looked at seriously. I recognize I am suggesting that silos be intersected between Judicial and Children and Family but that site has potential if the building goes above the parking garage and they go higher. The proposed facility should not be built in a residential neighborhood.
