I suggest that Mr. Marconi try out his screwball schemes in his own town before he defecates on his rapidly shrinking political credibility any further. He should set up a toll gate across RT. 35 on the Ridgefield town line with a tin cup in hand and demand 50 cent tolls from all incoming town traffic for safe passage. I don’t think he’d last more than ten minutes before the Ridgefield police would be called in to protect him as he runs from a lynch mob. An example of typical democrat demagoguery.
Good for Rudy Marconi. Connecticut could do a lot worse than elect someone who has the guts to say something he knows a lot of people won’t understand and won’t like.
