Seriously though Ken, what does that really mean, substantively? When President Obama goes overseas, we don’t think of Vice President Biden as “in charge.” It’s not as though Jodi is under anesthesia or under a communications blackout. She’s not even in a different country! Arguably, she’s no more out of pocket than the 6 days a week she spends in Brookfield.
