And he teams up with Mark Boughton, not well known, not well liked, and absolutely toxic to CT’s hispanic voters. Neither of them have shown much ability to raise money.

That’s a great move, I hear Foley asked Boughton to run with him and was turned down — but I hear Foley’s been turned down by 6 or 7 people so far
