Dearly as I love pets, isn’t there anything important for the people of Connecticut such as: Crime, Jobs, Taxes, Transportation infrastucture deterioration? Why such a focus on pets at this time when seniors forgo meals to pay for drugs? Why such a focus on pets at this time when over 10% are out of work? Why such a focus on pets at this time when the environment is at such risk? Why such a focus on pets at this time when taxes keep going up and lawmakers don’t lose their jobs and have a superior healthcare plan most people can’t get? Shall I go on? Is it the politically correct thing to do in this case?
