Amen to that Blog Ken !! Spot on. By the way, when a story that Foley supports the Death Penalty and Malloy is against it (It’s not a deterrant). I am flabbergasted by the mere fact that the death penalty is just that a penalty of death for the premeditation of murder. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. It is time to punish the premeditated murderer and kill him just like he took innocent lives. To me whether it deters is not the issue rather it’s about JUSTICE. Thank you.
