Foley’s admitted that he has no intention of paying back the “loan.”
Tom Foley, $10.85 Million (“MILLION!”) sunk in a losing proposition. Is that being a “proven good business leader?”
Dan Malloy is by far the better choice of these two. Maybe not ideal, but so much better than his opponent.
The Clinton rally on Oct. 31st will put Malloy over the top, and bury Tom Foley’s chances.
I really believe it’s better Tom Foley loans money to his surging
campaign, than accept money from union dues from unions that will
have business before the very state Tom Foley will govern.
What does it say when I paid $50 out of my own pocket to attend a
Foley vs. Malloy debate; (I was served lunch) and I see tables being
bought by various Connecticut labor unions who love to clap for Dan
Malloy when he makes one of his inarticulate answers to a
straightforward question.
Is that the best use of union dues buying $ 500 tables at the Greenwich Hyatt?
It really speaks volumes about the clear contrast between two
candidates.
