Oh Please, I am so tired of this working together. When I was in the 4th grade, I learned that the General Assembly makes the budget. The Governor can offer a budget and Gov. Rell did. However, the General Assembly had a veto-proof Majority. The Democrats have to take ownership of the unbelievably insolvent budgets. The Democrats have to take responsibility of caving in to the Unions to excessively tax businesses, making draconian mandates, and giving incentives to the film industry and not to established manufacturing businesses. The businesses are almost all gone except for a last gasp at UTC. Businesses are what pays taxes, makes jobs and pays health benefits. The Public Sector does not. KISS – Keep It Simple Stupid
