If the Ct State Auditors had looked at previous audits,they would have noted this is business as usual for Ms Nappier. two incicdents come to mind. She over paid a contractor $800,000. and another one for $1,000,000. Instead of correcting the error she extended their contracts to cover the amount over paid. She has a history of financial errors. Remember audits take random samplings….they do not cover everything.
