The bids are in at the Department of Consumer Protection. Twenty one medical marijuana dispensers and 16 growers have submitted proposals on the new program. Dispensers include sites in Greenwich, Fairfield, Monroe and Orange, while growers are located in Greenwich, Orange and Fairfield, as well as other sites around the state.
