A forum will be held by the Appropriations Committee tomorrow, at 10 o’clock, featuring Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch, Stamford Mayor David Martin, Shelton Mayor Mark Lauretti and others from within the membership of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities and the Council of Small Towns, who will make pitches for more local funding in the eventual state budget.
