    More kids die from car crashes anyway so just outlaw the wheel. Problem solved.

    Is there any aspect of private life that Democrats won’t stick their noses into?

    E-Cert!! Problem solved. Make smoking illegal anywhere in CT. Just think of the lives saved!!! The first cigarette is a citation, the remaining cigarettes are Class D felonies. This governing stuff is easy!
