    Let me guess – Malloy is going to (once again) ignore the laws & dream up another retroactive tax increase like he’s done before? Yet another sign that progressive wealth redistribution schemes are hurting Americans.

    Time to leave Connecticut long a malloy is the governor he will destroy this state one way or another. So what this means is that since it’s budget season for schools their budgets will increase from he 1 to 2 percent to 5 to 6 percent. Just watch what happens.
