This is a GOOD thing. It is high time that this is being done. For far too long, registrar’s were only being monitored by the GOP and Democratic parties and the sneakiness and failure to have checks, balances and a uniformed procedure and rules in place have compromised Connecticut’s voting process. Training has always been available and many small towns never took advantage of it. Now, it will be REQUIRED.High time, indeed.
