    After how well our boys played last night they deserve a day off. They were laying hits,that is unusual for the Tigers.

    We’ll agree to disagree, I suppose. What he wrote is just about what I’d expect him to say to me if we were sitting next to each other while Pratt and Papineau and Collins were shooting.

    You’re probably right. I think maybe he wasn’t trying to fire up the team, but the fans. Not that they need to be fired up any more after last night.

    JB just tried to create a lockerroom wall posting based on this blog entry. Apparently he thinks it’s a big deal that the Sound Tigers were allowed to play pop-a-shot instead of practicing. Of course the Pens fans are also in big time panic mode already after one game. His blog entry from last night has 40+ comments on it!
