Midweek workout

Darryl Bootland took part in practice today and appeared to make out OK. Hope he did, because it ended with a good workout: goal line to blue line, five pushups, back to goal line; goal line to far blue, five situps, back to goal line; goal line to goal line and back. Rest, repeat. I was hurting just watching. (Or maybe that was just from tweaking the hammy chasing one of those kickoff returns at Conard. Gotta stretch more.)

Commenter Ryan asked if anyone would come up from Utah; I wondered the same thing, and to save you the wait for tomorrow’s notebook, the short answer was “probably not.”

More on the Amerks. And while the BST are good with access and stuff like that, the Knicks seem less so.
