Mike, thanks for all the hard work and information. I really enjoyed, and appreciated, all of your coverage. Have a good Summer.
Very bitter ending to a great season (106 points). Its easy to look at the injuries, but the fact is this team did not raise the bar in the playoffs. The regular season is over and EVERY sucessful playoff team knows you must play at a higher level in the playoffs! This team did not do that. This can be attributed to the coaching staff and all the various captains who failed to get this team to that intensity level. The PK was atrocious!! Also, I can’t help but wonder if we did not have to play 5 road games how this may have changed. Say what you want, Nassau is not home.
Mike – thanks for the great job you do covering these games with your columns and your blog. See you in the Fall.
