Maine Hockey Journal linked this photo posted by Ryan Duncan on twitter, who took a skate to the face yesterday in Hartford. He said it took four and a half hours to get repaired and that he needed forty five stitches. Best wishes for a speedy recovery for him:

if indeed Haley gets 6 games, that is truly the most selfish thing a player can do at this part of the season. Haley is a big part of this team and as one of the leaders, his actions are horrific.
As a Mets fan who experienced 2 consecutive collapses in 07 & 08 I’m not feeling too confident right now. I would like to think that the division is not out of reach (4 points down, 13 to go, 1 game in hand). Poulin was great in Jan but no so much in March, miss open opportunities and before you know it a 1-0 lead is soon a 4-1 deficit.
