Tambellini, Pelech in the house: Syracuse pregame

Syracuse’s No. 7 brings in a two-game goal-scoring streak in this building. Granted, they were a while ago, but still might want to keep an eye on him.

Adam Pelech comes back from his NHL stint now that the Islanders have seven other healthy defensemen. He slides right back into his familiar spot next to Scott Mayfield; Looked like Matt Finn stays in, with Jesse Graham coming out. They swap fourth-line centermen, too, for today.

Syracuse had been rolling 11 forwards and seven defensemen lately, but when Mike Angelidis was called up, they called up Brian Hart from the ECHL. Angelidis is back in town, and they rushed all 12 forwards and seven defensemen that they dressed for warmup (Blujus, the seventh, on the right), so we’ll see which way they go. Edit: They scratch Hart, so 11-7 again.

Oh, and David Banfield is one of the referees. Assume everyone’s on best behavior a week later.
