One missing: Tuesday notes

Missing man this morning: Sebastian Collberg, lower body. Not sure if that’s related to blocking the shot the other night or not: Brent Thompson said he didn’t have any kind of report, just that Collberg went on briefly, early, and came off early.

Mike Halmo slid into that spot, and otherwise things looked as they did Sunday. They’ll practice again tomorrow before heading up to Portland and a big weekend, visiting two teams they hosted this past weekend, plus Hershey here on Sunday. The AHL transactions say the Rangers sent down former Providence Bruins forward Matt Lindblad, who has been out injured all season. The Rangers also sent Cedrick Desjardins to Manchester (ECHL), which is just all-around a weird thing to type.

Good couple of days for all-time Sound Tigers defensemen: Philly recalled Andrew MacDonald yesterday, a day after Aaron Ness went up to Washington. MacDonald and the Flyers face the Islanders tonight. Meanwhile, Alex Semin cleared waivers and was sent to St. John’s.
