Sickness and health: Providence pregame

Mike Halmo and Matt Carkner are both out sick tonight, but Carter Verhaeghe returns in his old spot, Sebastian Collberg slips into Halmo’s spot, and C.J. Ludwig will make his Sound Tigers debut alongside Kevin Czuczman. Chris Gibson goes for the ninth time in a row, sixth-longest regular-season streak in team history.

One to scratch for Bridgeport; looked like Tanner Fritz. The Greatest Show on Ice on the other side with one to scratch as well; looked like Brett Bellemore.

Bridgeport scratches (believed healthy unless noted): Carkner (sick), Mayfield (suspended: Game 3 of 3), Whitney (right leg), Rowe (lower body), Halmo (sick), looked like Fritz.

Suspecting this is the first Bridgeport game for linesman William Brennan, because I feel like I would’ve remembered Willie Brennan.
