    If they had those trapezoids back then, Alexei Kovalev wouldn’t have been able to do that (The trapezoids helped speed up the game(???)) Or if they used those awful composite sticks which breaks everytime you attempt a shot. The circus wasn’t in town then so ice must have been decent. Or the players back they didn’t skate like they do today. The linesmen made sure all players were set back then. Old time hockey.

    With all the electronic gizmos around, why don’t players have a buzzer or something to alert them to get off the ice?
