Today’s ECHL transactions tip off eight cuts from the Bridgeport camp roster. All four Worcester-contract tryouts — forwards Nick Sorkin, Woody Hudson and Dylan Willick, and defenseman Tommy Panico — were added to the Railers’ training-camp roster, along with the rest of their signings, and Bridgeport sent goalie Mitch Gillam, defensemen Ryan MacKinnon and Tyler Mueller, and forward Josh Holmstrom to the Railers.
Bridgeport has 17 forwards (including Matt Gaudreau and tryout Ivan Kosorenkov, who were banged up to different extents during the week), nine defensemen and three goalies (including tryout Evan Buitenhuis) left in camp, if no other moves have been made. Likely Bridgeport will make their moves official in the morning.
