A shorter group even than the other day for Bridgeport: Just 12 out of 16 forwards on the ice today at Wonderland, skating without Scott Eansor and Michael Dal Colle as they were Tuesday, but also without Steve Bernier and Travis St. Denis today. Still, Brent Thompson said all of them were possible to play this weekend. “Day-to-day maintenance, trying to see where they are, make sure they’re ready for the weekend,” he said. He said some of them skated earlier. (He wouldn’t say which.)
(That 16 doesn’t include Matt Gaudreau, by the way, who still, it seems, has a ways to go.)
