Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge

Creamy fudge with hazelnuts that is delicious and easy to make. 


3 Cups Sugar

3/4 Cup Butter

2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk

12 Ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate

7 Ounces Marshmallow Cream

1 Cup Chopped Hazelnuts

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper, with ends extending over sides. 

In 3-quart pan bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a rolling boil over a medium heat.  Stir constantly.  Cook for 4 minutes until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees.  Remember to stir constantly.  Remove from heat.  Add chocolate and marshmallow cream.  Stir until melted.  Add chopped hazelnuts and vanilla.  Mix well.  Pour into prepared pan.  Spread to cover bottom of pan.  Cool completely.  Use parchment paper handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into 1-inch squares.
