These Loaded Tortilla Bowls are so versatile. You can add your favorite ingredients and leave out what you don’t like.
6 Flour Tortillas (6 Inches) (Warmed)
1 Cup Cooked White Rice
1/2 Cup Cooked Black Beans
1 Cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
1/2 Cup Diced Avocado
1/2 Cup Cooked Corn
3/4 Cup Salsa
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place 2 (12 cup) muffin pans upside down on work surface. Press 3 warmed tortillas into spaces between muffin cups in each pan to make bowls. Place in oven for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Fill tortilla bowls with remaining ingredients just before serving.
