Melon Skewers

Summer fruit shines in this no cook recipe. If you don’t have a melon baller then cut into 1-inch chunks instead. 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cantaloupe

1/2 Watermelon

8 Ounces Mozzarella Balls

12 Slices Prosciutto

Balsamic Glaze (For Drizzling)

Using a melon baller, scoop out 24 balls from cantaloupe and watermelon. 

Assemble skewers by layering cantaloupe, mozzarella, watermelon, and prosciutto until you have 12 skewers. 

Drizzle skewers with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
