Pineapple Slushies

Pineapple Slushies

One taste of this frozen, tropical drink and you will be transported to beachside paradise.  Add dark rum or gin for a boozy kick. 


2 Medium Pineapples

4 Cups Ice

1 Cup Pineapple Juice

1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks

Trim tops of pineapples.  Remove insides of pineapple and add to large blender.  Add ice, pineapple juice and mango chunks to blender as well.  Blend until smooth.  Divide between empty pineapple shells and serve with straws. 

Serve immediately.
