Gardeners will roam Brine Garden in Pawling

The New England Wild Flower Society will present “Brine Design: Principles in Practice,” a ‘roaming seminar’ led by Duncan Brine, at the six-acre Brine Garden in Pawling, N.Y., Saturday, Oct. 5, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Duncan Brine is a principal of GardenLarge, a naturalistic landscape design/installation firm, and an instructor at the New York Botanical Garden. The seminar will be a discussion of native plants and the naturalistic landscape design process. Methods which shape space and relate to pathways and views will be presented.

The New England Wild Flower Society is the oldest American conservation organization dedicated to increasing the use of native plants.
