For those like me who say “Let the PEOPLE decide!”, this is excellent news!
This is a WIN already for the people, to now have the Primary on Aug. 10th—in which THE PEOPLE will have their say as to who will best represent us on the Nov. ballot and in Washington! We *should* be choosing our candidates, rather than have ‘the good old boy’ network making those decisions.
There has been entirely too much ‘politics as usual’, involving the arm-twisting, intimidation, and back-room DEALS of the party conventions—which has directly contributed to the poor representation and economic disaster our nation is in!
