Tom Foley has told the Connecticut Post that a recount is likely in the governor’s race. By law, a certain margin of votes triggers a recount.
Votes are still being tallied in that race and there has been a delay in voting results from Bridgeport where not enough ballots were ordered for the election.
Because of that, voting hours were extended in Bridgeport by judicial order to 10 p.m. Tuesday.
