Malloy..just another tax and spend Democrat..only an idiot voted for him..and obviously..plenty of idiots in CT.

  2. D C says:

I don’t see them as all that different. Christie has been in office longer, tried negotiating with unions and they failed to compromise, so he acted accordingly. Much like Walker in WI. Whereas Malloy has shown union support, he has asked for concessions. Either he will get them, or will have to make drastic moves. Remember that Dem Gov Grasso layed off large number of State emplyees under same scenario. Public in general has no sympathy for workers that have packages much better than private sector.

Malloy doesn’t care about the taxpayers, he never has, Stamford residents know this. The man wants to run for president so he’s trying to get Stamford out of debt in a way that will be harmful to the taxpayers. You wanted Malloy, you got him, now suffer the consequences.

  4. Regan says:

Christie has been bought. Malorie is fighting for working people.

  5. Rob K. says:

Public Unions – Are nothing but organized theives (think mafia organized crime) that promise to support politicians in exchange for ridiculous benefits that other taxpayers (i.e. their NEIGHBORS) have to pay for via the confiscation of their property. Who ever heard of getting a LIFETIME pension that you don’t have to put a dime into!

  6. joe citizen says:

Dannel wants to take $44.000 from each state employee..boy, I’m sure they are glad they backed him ..then those same folks will also “apt their fair share with the rest of the tax increases..hoipefully they don’t drink or smoke… but you won’t hear any press on Malloys plan to decimate the unions as he is a Democrat and the State union fully backed him, and every other Democrat so they will keep it low key..have you noticed you don’t hear about Ct. and Malloy wants about 7 times more from union members thant the othert states..Wisconsin (republican) Ohio (repub) New Jersey (repub) you can see what its all about with the media

  7. Mr Right says:

The News-Times – all Malloy, all the time. You would think JFK has risen from the dead the way the NT staff and other slanted-left media types are all fawning over this lightweight.

  8. jaye mallott says:

So how do we get the Dummycrat lawmakers in Connecticut to become Fleebaggers and run away and hide like the Dums in Wisconsin? Ideas, anyone?

  9. Liberty First says:

DAN, DANNEL OR DANIEL MALLOY IS NO MORE THAN THE TIRED SAME OLD SAME OLD DEMOCRAT PARTY PABLUM SPEWING CAREER POLITICIAN THAT HAS NO CONCEPT OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR BECAUSE HE HAS NEVER BEEN IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR. IN SHORT, HE IS THE PERFECT REPRESENTATION OF HIS PARTY’S EMBLEM, THE JACKA$$

  10. Ann Galloway says:

This is one of the more ridiculous polls I’ve seen, and it looks like like another Neil Vigdor creation in which the goal is to attack the influence of Democrats at every turn. For starters, NJ has far more citizens: 2010 numbers put CT at just under 3.6 million; NJ was at 8.8. And, of course, Greenwich has more Republican residents than Democrats. So you don’t need a poll to predict the results of this senseless poll; voters don’t have to know anything about the positions of either governor in order to press their preferred button.

This doesn’t constitute journalism. It represents just one more example of mindless entertainment.

Malloy will wind up doing nothing for the overtaxed people of Connecticut, while he increases the state budget and continues us on the path to ruin!
