Both ways work for me. If I was a young person I’d rather have that $10/hour AND believe in the candidate. Om August 15 perhaps some of Mr. Shays’ interns might like to start earning some cash too. After all it’s Chris Murphy who must be kept out of the Senate. At least we can agree on that. Right?
I understand that Congressman Shays also has interns and always has …. both in the campaign and his congressional staff……nothing new… so I would not give much credit to Ms McMahon on that count. The congressman’s interns enthusiastically work for him because they believe in him not because they are paid or receive gifts as in her last campaign …..and there lies the difference Mr Smith.
