No lane closures on 95? I guess that may be technically correct if shutting down 95S during rush hour doesn’t count as a ‘closed lane’. Driving home, there were ZERO cars on the opposite side of the road for 6 exits, and each southbound entrance ramp had a state trooper blocking it off. After the huge presidential motorcade passed, there was normal traffic.
