Malloy tapped to speak…what’s he going to say….I fired 80 state employees due to fraud….but had to hire them back due to being proved wrong….or maybe he’ll taught the boondoggle busway…or maybe how I-95 traffic was pointed out to Obama for mass transit funding…he’s got nothing to say to a bunch of people who are more than willing to listen to any drivel!
It is good to raise taxes. Especially on businesses. And individuals too. They don’t care. They’ed rather less money in their pockets for their families and more in the coffers of the good state Connecticut! Let’s see, top rate on individual income taxes…up! Sales taxes…up!
And we can collect more in sin taxes and to Hades with public safety by selling liquor on Sunday’s. And don’t forget how to strong arm the unions. When they vote against the state and face layoffs, first let them change their by-laws and let them re-vote so they don’t have to face layoffs. And let’s not forget, forgivable loans to keep certain favored business in Connecticut. And don’t worry, when the forgivable loan comes due all you gotta do is threaten to take jobs elsewhere and we will certainly forgive the loan. Taxpayers don’t care.
