Nancy DiNardo, Democratic State Central chairwoman, believes Rep. Christina Ayala should consider stepping down, after the State Elections Enforcement Commission yesterday recommended her for criminal investigation because of false information she provided on her legal address. “Given all the allegations surrounding Rep. Ayala and given all the time and energy she’s going to have to expend in defending herself, the right course of action her would be for her to step down,” DiNardo just said in an interview.
