Joe – First of all, it’s “passed”, not “past” along…Second, I don’t recall Marsh being invited to any debates in 2010 and i don’t recall you screaming to include him. Enjoy the last of your fifteen minutes

I challenge CT Mirror to go on with the debate without Tom Foley. Just Gov. Malloy and Joe Visconti, face to face. The public needs to and has the right to know know who Joe Visconti is and our curant Governor has stated that he wants the public to know who Joe Visconti is. CT Mirror, do the public a great service and go on with the debate.

I am sick of the political scene in this state. There is nary a mention of the ‘other’ option running for Governor, Joe Visconti. The man has legally gotten on the ballot in all towns, yet the media and major party candidates are playing ‘hardball’ by shutting him out on almost every debate. How can this state every get back to work when you have the best ideas and forward thinking stiffled by those in power? No wonder people are leaving CT in droves. All the fat cats are going to be left to wallow in the mess they created as anyone with a decent I.Q is going to be exiting the area as soon as they can.

  4. Palin Smith says:

Call up Visconti and add some real class to your debate.
Stop letting timid candidates make you alter your plans.

You should hear Visconti’s bold plans for Connecticut’s future.

  5. Joe Visconti says:

The Publisher of the CT Mirror received a call from me about debating with the Governor and I now wonder if he past that message onto the Gov.I never heard back from the publisher as to if the debate was going to happen. We don’t need Tom Foley to debate but we do need media companies inviting all candidates and sharing that info with all candidates. Shame on CT Mirror for letting the clock run out and doing a disservice to the public.

Typical Foley. Afraid to engage Malloy.
