Remember that time we told you Property Brothers was casting in Connecticut? Well it turns out Jonathan and Drew Scott liked what they saw here in Fairfield County, and they recently filmed a home renovation in downtown Danbury.

And who wants to wait until the fall when this episode of the brothers’ Buying and Selling airs to see that? Not us. That’s why we’ve put together this before and after gallery for you. Check out the property, which went from being listed at $289,000 to $325,000 thanks to the reno:

“I’m so excited for them,” said Ridgefield-based Realtor Dawn Grabover, who is representing the couple seeking more space to accommodate their four adopted children. “They’ve been outgrowing this house rather quickly. The last two children they adopted were a brother and a sister, and they went from having two kids to having four in a 1,500 square-foot house, with no storage. And now they’re getting help – help that they needed.”

The episode is scheduled to air in the fall, according to Grabover. In the meantime, she noted there will be an open house on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
