Temperatures could drop in the 30s tonight

Make sure you have an extra blanket tonight because it’s going to get cold.

The National Weather Service says inland areas like Danbury, Oxford and the Northwest Hills could see temps fall into the mid to upper 30s.

Inland areas could also see patchy frost tonight,

Here’s the forecast:

 Today: Sunny, with a high near 64. North wind 7 to 9 mph.

Tonight: Patchy frost after 2am. Otherwise, clear, with a low around 36. Calm wind.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 69. Calm wind becoming southwest around 6 mph in the afternoon.

Wednesday Night: Patchy fog after 4am. Otherwise, clear, with a low around 42. Calm wind.

Thursday: Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 74. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.

Thursday Night: Patchy fog after 5am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 52.

Friday: Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 77.
