Gov. Dannel P. Malloy this morning released his first batch of bill signings, including codification of last week’s border realignment that was approved by the General Assembly and will allow the new $126 million interdistrict magnet high school to be built in Bridgeport, while Trumbull will be able to negotiate with the state Department of Environmental Protection to take over 20 acres of open space across Quarry Road.
