Himes having fun with Romney gaffe

Rep. Jim Himes is having some fun with a staple of campaign-season gaffes, the misdirected fundraising letter. In this instance, Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney’s  fundraising appeal sent to Himes referred to the Democratic congressman as one of “America’s most notable Republicans.”

Himes, one of the House’s most prolific and skillful Tweeters, is also engaged in what is so far a one-sided Twitter exchange with Darien First Selectman and GOP convention delegate Jayme Stevenson over the question of  “Are you better off today than you were four years ago?”
