Two dozen state agencies will no longer exist in name if state lawmakers adopt Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s budget, according to documents provided to the Associated Press by the Democratic governor’s administration that indicate a potential $10 million savings toward the state’s $3.4 billion deficit.
