who is down for tonights game??
If they wanted to send Ford down they can. He played the min 5 games in the AHL to play in the playoffs for the ECHL
Haskins ,Mcdonald?
That is about it i would think. Not sure if Ford can go back and play i believe there is a minimum game rule in the ECHL.
Don`t quote me though
If you were to speculate which players will be sent back to Utah, once the season is over on the Island? And how would that list change if the Sound Tigers did not make the playoffs?
Does anyone have a idea of what the complete list of possible rule changes will be?
My choices 7th man Matthew Spiller. When you look at his play from the start of the season up to now.
Fan Favorite Jeff Tambellini.
>as soon as he plays for the Islanders?
Exactly: He’s on an NHL SPC that begins immediately (which gets his service-time clock ticking), so he can’t be assigned to the AHL, because he isn’t on the Clear Day list. An ATO can’t trump that. (Similar with Thomas Pock in 2003-04, Ryan Potulny a couple of years ago.) This doesn’t mean anything for next year, just this spring.
What if they sign Hillen to a BST ATO tomorrow and then scratch him for the Manchester game. Does he lose his eligibility as soon as he plays for the Islanders? Wonder why they want to get him in an Islanders game so fast. I really thought that when they signed him it was like with Smith that he’d spend a season in Bridgeport first. Sure, the team completely lacks quality defensemen, but undrafted NCAA guys rarely go directly into the NHL.
The Isles Finish on Friday so i assume the shuttle will be working this week also.Or atleast we hope it does.
if he does play this week, does that mean that fata or spiller will come down for the weekend games?
