It was 5-1 going into the 3rd.It was 5-0 at 1 point and it was the best 30 mins of hockey New Haven had ever played.That was a tale of 2 games if i ever saw 1.

Was that the second year? ‘Cause the first year there was the November game where New Haven led 5-0 and Hartford tied it… Then in Game 1 of the playoffs was the one where New Haven led 3-0 to the third and lost 7-4… (Wrote four different game stories that night. Only two of ’em ran, of course.)
I was watching that game last night.It was like a nightmare in the third period.All i could recall was when New Haven was up 5-1 going into the 3rd vs Hartford.Hartford came back to win 6-5 in Ot to knock New Haven from Playoff contention.
