Thank U
No to the first question. The crossover only works in the Western Conference, and specifically with the fifth-place team in the West and the fourth-place team in the North. (It’s because the divisions out there have uneven numbers of teams. There are seven teams in each of the East and the Atlantic.)
And if there’s a tie in any spot, it’s resolved the same as any other head-to-head tie.
Mike
Lets say Bport has 86 points and comes in 5th place in the East Division and Springfield comes in 4th in the Atlantic Division with 85 points.
Bport makes the Playoffs?
Also what if there is a tie amongst 2 teams in 2 seperate divisions for the last playofff slot in the Eastern Confrence. How do they figure the tie breaker. Is it head to head or will it go to the team that already plays in said division.
I hope you were able to cut and paste! wow!
